LEGAL WAIVER

This Legal Waiver (“Waiver”) applies to all users, visitors, applicants, clients, agents, and any other individuals or entities who access or interact with the Mamba Express platform, website, or affiliated channels (“you”, “your”). By using any part of our services, website, communication channels, or social media platforms, you acknowledge and agree to this Waiver in full.

1. No Liability for Damages, Losses, or Misuse

You expressly agree that your use of the Mamba Express website and services is entirely at your own risk. Mamba Express, its founders, directors, team members, affiliates, or partners shall not be held liable for any:

• Damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses

• Data breaches, loss of personal data, or unauthorized access to information

• Miscommunication or misinformation arising from engagement with any Mamba Express channel, agent, or representative

• Loss of income, opportunity, or business arising from use or inability to use our platform, email correspondence, or any third-party tools connected to us

2. Third-Party Management of Social Media

All social media accounts affiliated with Mamba Express (including but not limited to Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn) are managed and run by third parties or unaffiliated agents. As such:

• Posts, comments, direct messages, or engagements on social media do not represent the views or official policies of Mamba Express.

• Mamba Express disclaims any liability arising from interactions or interpretations of content on its social pages.

• You may not use content from our social platforms as evidence in any legal or formal context against Mamba Express or its team.

3. Email Communication Disclaimer

Emails or messages sent from @mambaexpress email addresses (or any related channels) are not legally binding and should not be interpreted as formal promises, offers, contracts, or representations.

• Our agents and support staff do not speak on behalf of the company in any legal or contractual capacity.

• Any data or documents submitted through email, or any interpretation of agent responses, is done at your own risk.

• Mamba Express is not responsible for misinformation, misunderstanding, or loss resulting from email communications.

4. Data Collection & Privacy Limits

We collect data for basic operations, service improvement, and vacancy processing. However:

• We do not guarantee that collected data will remain fully secure or inaccessible to breaches.

• We cannot be held accountable for data leaked due to technical failures, malicious attacks, or human error.

5. Company Status & Limitations

Mamba Express is a company and platform still in development. Accordingly:

• We do not accept legal liability for any consequence stemming from these limitations, whether known or unknown.

• A promise, assurance, or guarantee of service level, security, uptime, or support.

7. Your Sole Responsibility

• Any losses, damages, or disputes that may occur

• You will not initiate any legal proceedings against Mamba Express or its associates based on content, data, communications, or experiences connected to the platform.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not interact with, use, or continue to engage with any part of the Mamba Express platform or affiliated entities.
